We at Tech Tutors LLC have created educational resources for Senior Adults to learn about computers and other devices to keep them connected to the rest of the world.

We have worked with the Senior Community for a while now and have come to learn of their concerns. Many have expressed feeling isolated, That the world has moved on without them and feel as though they are in society’s blind-spot. The world is no longer recognizable to them in this digital age. Something as simple as paying a bill has become challenging because just about everything is done online these days. What usually happens is family members will provide them with a laptop or cellphone, but they have no idea how to use them. They often get discouraged and abandon the devices all together. We are dedicated to changing this mindset. To give our Senior Community the knowledge they need to keep up digitally. To make them feel seen and give them the confidence to be a part of this technological world. So they know it is never too late to connect!

We also recognize that using these devices aren’t without their dangers. We offer classes that discuss common scams that wreak havoc onto our Senior community, how to spot them and what to do to prevent being victimized by cyber criminals. What happens far too often is the loss of their lively-hood. Leaving them destitute and without a means to recover financially. These cowards prey on Seniors who are vulnerable simply because they don’t know what is and what isn’t safe when using their devices. We aim to change that!
